solo hour in nature

This afternoon we went out for a drama activity. It was called, solo hour in nature. It is when you have an hour outside and do not talk to anyone or communicate with anyone. At first i found this task hard... VERY hard. I even tried to send telepathic messages to a couple of people (it did not work). The first 15 minutes were the hardest but I soon got over it and started to relax!!!
